The KonMari method seems to be gathering hype lately, but what good does it offer?
Japanese consultant Marie Kondo pioneered the practice and it’s currently the subject of her Netflix show Tidying Up with Marie Kondo. Basically, the show offers a smart way to organize all kinds of stuff, from clothes to home decorations. It’s no ordinary show, however, as Marie also teaches viewers to control the things that goes into your life.
As her logic goes, “A tidy life is a happy life”.
The KonMari practice urges you to declutter and dispose of unnecessary things, and only possess what sparks joy in you.
