How does (the box) work?


What items can I expect in (the box)?

    Each shipment is completely customized to fit your individual preferences and needs. We carry a wide range of inventory that allows us to choose pieces that’ll be perfect for your personal style.

     

    How long can I keep my set?

      Returns are due back in the mail three days after you receive the package (for example, if your shipment arrives on Tuesday, we expect that you ship back your returns by Friday). If the third day falls on a Sunday or holiday, please drop your return box in the mail the following business day. (Can they ship during weekends?) If your returns doesn't arrive at our warehouse by (*days), we’ll assume you’re keeping all four items and willing to be charged for them.

       

      What are my payment options?

        You can decide on different payment options – through PayPal, major credit cards or bank deposits. On PayPal, you can pay via credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account.

         

        Are there any additional fees for availing a box?

          There are no additional fees when availing a box. Shipping both ways is completely free of charge. All you have to pay for are the items you'd wish to purchase. 

           

          How do I return the item/s I won't be purchasing?

            For returns, put only the items that you don't wish to purchase back in the box. (...) Grab? LBC?

             

            How are prices for each piece of clothing determined?

              We strive to offer our members great deals on the product that they love. (*Explain discount if they buy the whole set)

              What if I accidentally damage the clothing?

                Please note that any damage will be evaluated when the item is returned to our warehouse. If you have any damage or loss issues, please email us immediately at orders@ava.ph

                 

                What should I do if one of my pieces arrived damaged or broken?

                  While we inspect each piece of clothing before it leaves our warehouse, we can't always ensure that travel will treat your pieces kindly. If you receive a damaged piece, please email us at orders@ava.ph

                  What if I don’t fit in the clothes that I receive?
